Aquastel EZ - Devices

 

 

Aquastel EZ-devices produce biocidal liquids on the spot for use in a multitude of applications where there is the need for water sterilization, disinfection, cleaning and purification.

 

 

Aquastel EZ-devices are designed at customers’ specification and proved to be a very reliable ‘workhorse’ in various industries. 2 models of EZ–devices are available. EZ-200 and an EZ-400 device capable of generating 200 or 400 Liters per hour.

 

All Aquastel EZ-devices consist of 2 enclosures to keep electricity and water separated:

·          The electrical enclosure contains all printed circuit boards, power supply and all other electrical components needed to create a rectified AC-voltage.

·          The hydraulic enclosure contains e.g. the Electrolytic cell, an eductor, a solenoid valve and manual valves to adjust the parameters of the generated biocidal liquids.

 

The volume these EZ- devices generate can be manually adjusted. Factory set-up is:

·          85 - 100% Neutral Electrolyzed Water with a pH between 6.8 – 8.8, an ORP over 800mV and with 50 to500 ppm. Free Available Chlorine.

·          0 - 15% Alkaline Water with a pH 11-13 and an ORP of approximately -900mV is generated.

Aquastel EA - Devices

 

 

Aquastel EA-devices are the latest development in onsite production of biocidal liquids.  Aquastel EA-devices differ from Eurostel EZ-devices as the quality of the produced biocidal liquids is continuously monitored, controlled and therefore guaranteed.  Online pH, ORP and FAC measurements give feed back to the Siemens S7-200 PLC that adjust e.g. valves and pumps in order to keep the parameters of the biocidal liquid within pre-set limits.

 

These mobile disinfecting systems include a fully automatic Aquastel EA-device as well ancillary equipment such as a water-softener, pre-filters, a well-pump, a pressure reducing valve, a flow-regulator, a brine-container, an collecting tank for the

biocidal liquid and other measurement equipment to monitor the quality and quantity of the produced biocidal liquids.

 

All Aquastel EA-devices consist of 2 enclosures to keep electricity and water separated:

·         The electrical enclosure contains the Siemens S7-200 PLC, printed circuit boards, power supply and all other electrical components needed to create a rectified AC-voltage.

·         The hydraulic enclosure contains e.g. the Electrolytic cell, brine-pumps, acid pump, a flow-sensor, high/low current detection and various solenoid valves the parameters of the generated biocidal liquids

·         The operation enclosure is mounted between the electrical and hydraulic enclosure. The operator only need to access this enclosure in order to program or operate the Aquastel EZ-device.

 

The volume these EA-devices generate can be re-programmed by the operator.

Electrolytic Flow Cells

 

Aquastel’s patented Electrolytic Cells have been designed and developed using innovative and unique technology to effectively deliver electro-chemically-activated solutions known as NEW© (Neutral electrolyzed Water). The applications for this technology are infinite and include any process requiring a sterilizing, disinfecting, cleaning or water purification facility.

Benefits of Aquastel’s Electrolytic flow Cells:

·        Electrolytic cells are leak-free up to 45psi.

·        Long lifetime and long production time without stops.

·        Large volume (50lph, 100lph and 200lph)

·        Superior performance in terms of generated Free Available Chlorine, ORP and conductivity.

·        Ceramic membrane and coating of electrodes can be easily inspected

·        Cells can be refurbished yearly by Aquastel prolonging the lifetime of the cell.

·        Electrodes can be up to 5 times reconditioned.

·        Ceramic is made of very robust material and is not ‘brittle’ as nowadays used ceramic.

·        All material used is chlorine resistant and approved for medical usage in drinking water applications. (Both electrodes made of titanium grade 2; end-caps made of Kynar/Nylon/PVC/HMWPE; fittings made of Kynar/Nylon; rods, washers and bolts made of stainless steel 316i)

·        Up to 6 cells can be combined together in a device, increasing the maximum hourly capacity to 1000 liters per hour.

·        Cells can be manufactured and supplied in mass.

·        Cells are supplied from stock ensuring immediate delivery
